The device has a support (1) for permitting fixation of a medallion (2), and an electromagnet (4) with a mobile core (5) activated by a lever. The core is supported on a key (3) of the medallion, when the magnet is excited. A sensor (20), an electronic management function (21) and an electrical power supply (22) are associated to the device. The management function manages information issued from the sensor.
