The device has a test body (2) with a boring, and clamping units for clamping a sample on an edge of an opening outside the boring. A connector (1) is placed between the test body and an irradiating radiation generator apparatus i.e. particle accelerator. The connector includes a clip for fixing the connector to the generator apparatus, and another clip for fixing the connector to the edge of the opening. The connector includes a connection conduit for connecting the clips and containing another boring traversing the connector.
