The bonnet (9) has a trapezoidal central part (17) rigidly fixed on a front face (25) and a recess cross member situated under a windscreen of a motor vehicle. Movable lateral parts (19) are arranged on both sides of the central part along a transversal direction. A pivot connection unit (21) connects the lateral parts to corresponding wings of the vehicle. The central part is rigidly fixed to longitudinal longerons (23). Each longeron is fixed to the front face and the recess cross member. Soundproofing plastic layers are adhered on corresponding plastic outer skins (27, 29) of the parts.
