The system has water flow chutes oriented along a slope of an inclined roof covering, and drainage chutes oriented transversal to the water flow chutes. The water flow chutes and the drainage chutes comprise drainage flaps (7), drainpipes (8) and collecting T-squares (9) that are arranged and connected between each other to prevent water infiltrations between photovoltaic solar panels (5), to collect the water dripping on the panels and to assure water flow towards the bottom of the covering. An independent claim is also included for a construction comprising an inclined covering.
