The device has five panels assembled with each other. One of the panels forms bottom (1) of a cover. Other four panels forming a tower of a bed include flaps (9) provided with a fastener (8) permitting to maintain the cover on a flange of the bed. The panel forming the bottom of the cover is provided with belts (13) that include another fastener for fixing the cover on a mattress (16). A middle of each flap includes a basic frame (11) permitting a passage of an elastic band (10). The four panels are constituted of faces (2, 3) and sides (4, 5) of the cover.
