The assembly has two frontal belts (2) that are provided at frontal ends of a dorsal casing (1), where each belt has a frontal unit attached to a distal end of the belt. A toy (3) has lower portion attached to upper portion of the dorsal casing. The frontal belts are passed under foot of an animal for being attached with rear units, respectively, so that the dorsal casing is adhered closely to back of the animal.
