The panel (1A) has suspension hooks (2A) hooking the panel in a top display position, and unhooking it from a top display position and descending to a bottom display changing position by a rod (1B), where the hooks are tight ropes and suspended horizontal rods. Two magnets (9A, 9B) are arranged on the panel and on an end (2B) of the rod such that the rod maneuvers the panel from a bottom position to a top position and vice versa, by magnetizing the panel on the end of the rod. The magnet (9A) is arranged opposite to the magnet (9B) when the panel is fixed on the end of the rod. The panel and the rod end are made of non-magnetic material.
