The edge is formed by intersection of a border (8) and a projection face (9) of the element. The body has residual liquid collection units (10) provided near the element and towards the face. The units are provided on a substrate (11) that absorbs and drives residual liquid and is linked to a pipe (20). The units include an end surface (40) in contact with or near the face.
