The disk has a flat annular crown (2) comprising two parallel friction surfaces, and a hub (4) for fixing the disk on a motor vehicle. The annular crown is made of cast steel. The hub includes a front pressed and cut steel sheet connected to the annular crown, a flat central (20) axially shifted with respect to the annular crown, and a cylindrical part (22) for centering the annular crown. A flexible damping material is placed between the front pressed and cut steel sheet and a rear pressed and cut steel sheet of the hub to absorb vibration energy.
