The system has an autopilot system assuring flight controls from an input set point received in a format according to sampling. A matching device comprises a controller (K), analog input/output and a digital input/output. An input part of the matching device cooperates with an output part of the autopilot system, and an output part of the matching device cooperates with an input part of the autopilot system. A controller comprises converting units for converting another format of a set point i.e. digital set point, into the former format of another set point i.e. analog set point.
