The coiner has a circuit assembly mounted in a body (1). A communication interface module is electrically connected to an external automatic distributor for data communication between the automatic distributor and a ticket recognizing unit. An energy saving supply module is electrically connected to the communication interface module. The supply module controls starting of the distributor based on the recognizing result of the ticket recognizing unit and license recognizing unit, after insertion of ticket/license in an insertion slot (11).
