The accessory has a flexible plate made of a non-absorbing and sealing material e.g. non-allergenic thermoformable flexible-plastic material, such that the plate matches a heel of a foot. A dermal product i.e. moisturizing product, is deposited on the flexible plate. A spacer having a thickness of three mm and a surface area of one square cm is formed at the center of a bottom portion of the accessory. An adjustable elastic strap passes inside notches formed in lateral sides of the accessory, and assures fixation of the accessory on the heel.
