The installation (100) has a hopper (110) for dispensing products to be baked, and a plate (130) that is driven continuously, where the hopper deposits molds (202) of the products at regular intervals on the plate. A synchronizing unit is provided to synchronize the deposition of the molds on the plate, so that the molds cover/surround the deposited products to be baked. A transfer robot (150) moves the molds between storage position and deposition position on the plate, and a sensor (C1) detects the deposition of the products on the plate.
