The board (1) has retaining zones (16, 18) provided with threaded orifices (33) and slides (34), where the height of the board is measured between a bottom part i.e. sliding face, (6) and a top part i.e. receiving face (7). Length of the board is measured along a central longitudinal direction (Lo) between ends (2,3), and width is measured along a transversal direction (Wo) between two lateral edges (4,5). The slides are arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction and arranged opposite to one another transversely. Each threaded orifice is formed between the bottom part and the top part.
