The device has a set of hoisting masts (31-33) that consists of a set of lower parts (312, 322, 332) and a set of upper parts (314, 324, 334), where the set of upper parts has a perimeter that is lower than perimeter of a section of the set of lower parts. A set of sliding units (115, 215) is associated with a set of rings (125, 225). A section of the sliding units is arranged in a form that is similar to a form of a given section. An edge is provided at an upper end such that the sliding units slide the rings to the top of a part of the masts when the sliding units slide to the top.
