The device has a commercial packaging compartment for containing a consumer product, and another commercial packaging compartment for containing an explanatory leaflet describing usage of the customer product. The commercial packaging compartments are directly adhered and integrated to form a cardboard packaging case. The latter commercial packaging compartment forms a thin small pocket whose characteristics are same as that of the cardboard packaging case. A closing device conserves the leaflet by utilizing a tab.
