The device has a hydraulic deployment jack (14) i.e. double-acting jack, comprising an extension chamber connected to a telescopic frame (11). A control device comprises distributors and a programmable automaton. The distributors supply the fluid to the chamber of the jack to generate cyclic rectangular slots of pressure altering between the operating pressure and a pressure reigning in a return reservoir when the control device receives the shaking order. One of the two distributors connects the chamber of the jack to the reservoir when the control device receives the rest order. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a shaking device.
