The device has a push-pull type filtering circuit (CF) for removing the energy in a network part (P1) e.g. electric turbo charger, in case of drop of the voltage (V1) at terminals of the part, to generate the compensation voltage equivalent to the voltage drop. The circuit sets the compensation voltage with the voltage (V1) in series, so that the voltage at terminals of a starter remains constant during a starting phase, to constantly maintain the voltage (V2) at terminals of another network part (P2) e.g. LCD display screen, when an alternator (AL) supplies power to the part (P2).
