Multi-component antiperspirant agent (I) comprises a first component comprising a cosmetic composition A and one second component comprising a cosmetic composition B different from A, which are intended to be applied on the skin separately or in staggered manner, where A and B comprise one or more compounds that can produce antagonistic effects of chemical, physical or biological type on an element comprising skin, one or more compounds secreted by the skin and/or one or more compounds from a cosmetic composition C previously applied to the skin, to provide an antiperspirant effect. Independent claims are included for: (1) cosmetic treatment of the human perspiration, comprising applying the cosmetic composition A and the cosmetic composition B to the skin separately or in staggered manner; and (2) a multi-compartment device or kit comprising a first compartment containing the cosmetic composition A and one second compartment containing the cosmetic composition B, to be applied on the skin separately or staggered in time.
