The device has a PVC connection tube (2) inserted at the rear of a PVC tube (1), where the diameter of the connection tube is 30 mm, and the diameter of the PVC tube is 60 mm. Meshed cones (4) are fixed at the interior of the PVC tube. An outlet of the PVC tube is closed by a meshed cap (5). A fixed stabilizer i.e. perpendicular support (6), is arranged perpendicular to the PVC tube. A connection mouthpiece (3) is provided at an external edge of the connection tube.
