The bush (10) has an outer ring having an outer cylindrical face with a nominal diameter adjusted for a tight assembly in direct contact with a bore of an outer part. An inner cylindrical surface has an outer rolling path for rotating needles radially arranged between the ring and an inner shaft. The outer face has hollow elements, where a diameter corresponding to a bottom of the elements in hollows is less than the diameter of the outer face. The elements have longitudinal grooves (16), circular and helical grooves and local cavities, where all grooves have a V-shaped section.
