The engine has a lever arm (13) transmitting reciprocating motions of pistons (1, 2) to a main connecting rod (19), which transmits the reciprocating motions to a crankshaft (17) that transforms the reciprocating motions into rotary movements. The lever arm is pressed on a motor block (28) at a point (14) to overcome resistance of the crankshaft at the time of pushing the main connecting rod. Valves (24-27) and gaseous exchange openings are equipped in bottom of two opposite and aligned cylinders (3, 4), where length of the engine is varied along the movement of the pistons.
