The device has a magnetic hand wheel (21) integrated with magnetic elements on external circumference, and a clutch (22) provided with a splined drive shaft (23). The clutch exerts pressure on a cylindrical inner surface of the magnet wheel, when the drive shaft is driven in rotation, to permit integration of the drive shaft. The magnetic wheel comprises a splined hub (24) that drives a reducing reverser (13). The drive shaft and the splined hub are respectively provided with sealed ball bearings (2, 3) for being carried by front and rear flanges (5, 6).
