The blind has a series of reflectors arranged one face of the blind and a non-heat radiating surface formed on another face of the blind, where the blind is reversible. The reflectors reflect solar radiation towards outside when the blind is utilized in summer, and reflect thermal radiation provoked by an interior towards the interior during turning of the blind when the blind is utilized in winter. The blind is formed by stratification of superimposed components utilizing transparent adhesives such as ethylene vinyl acetate and polyurethane. The reflectors are one among metal reflecting film and mirror finish aluminum film. The non-heat radiating surface is a low infrared emissivity clear color hydrophobic film such as polypropylene non woven fabric.
