The device (1) has a tubular body (2) comprising a lower part (20) and an upper part (3) that is opened. A lower part of a collar (4) is fixed on the upper part of the tubular body. An open upper end of the collar is closed by a pad (6), and a partition (11) is extended from the upper part of the tubular body. The partition defines an annular space (13) with the upper part of the tubular body. The annular space is closed in an upper part (14) and is opened in a lower part (15) in direction of the lower part of the tubular body.
