The method involves providing rechargeable accumulator batteries (21a, 21b) to a two or three wheeled vehicle, and analyzing a charging level of each battery to identify a highly charged battery. The vehicle is driven by electric propulsion motors in any situation. Each motor is supplied with power only by the identified battery to operate the motors and drive the vehicle. A low charged battery is only recharged by electricity generators (11a, 11b, 110) or charging of the low charged battery is started in all circumstances when the motor operates and when the vehicle runs or is stopped. An independent claim is also included for a two or three wheeled vehicle comprising electric motors.
