The mold (101) has a core including removable inserts (110, 122) supported by rectangular plates (105, 119). The inserts fill cavities for absorbing compression and traction efforts created during molding. Ejectors (112) traverse the plates, the inserts and shells (107, 120), simultaneously. Temperature regulation circuits (125, 126) regulate temperature of the core or a die, and are formed at interfaces between lower faces (107b, 120b) of the shells and the inserts, respectively, where the lower faces are arranged opposite to upper molding faces (107a, 120a) of the shells. The inserts are made of high performance fibrous concrete, ultra-high performance fibrous concrete or polymer concrete. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a mold.
