The assembly has a turbine sectioned blade (34) mounted on an exterior case of a gas turbine in a pivoting manner. A bush (60) has a bore, which receives a trunnion (54), where the bush has an electric junction carried by an exterior surface of the bush. A conductor is extended from the electric junction. A power spring is connected electrically to the electric junction and another electric junction of a case. A heating element is arranged on an exterior surface of the sectioned blade, where the heating element is connected electrically to another conductor by a bush assembly (58).
