The block has a light source maintained inside a concave internal face serving as a reflector. A fixed cap i.e. rigid tapered cup (7), is fixed opposite to the light source for partially covering the light source. The cap has a base wall (8) and a side wall (9) that are provided with respective inner faces turned towards the light source. The inner faces comprise respective photovoltaic cells that are connected with an accumulator i.e. battery, by a wired electrical connector, where the accumulator is situated outside the block. The cells cover the inner faces of the walls of the cap.
