The vehicle (1) has a shell (2) defining a frame (3) of an opening that is mobile on the shell by a connection unit (5) i.e. articulation hinge. An immobilizing element (7) immobilizes the opening to the case, where the immobilizing element is passed from an inactive authorization state and a surface bond active state.
