The accumulator has a container containing an electrochemical beam, and a current output terminal electrically connected to a wall of the container. Another current output terminal (7) traverses the wall. The latter terminal has a threaded rod (32) that is provided with an inserted portion (33) inserted in an internal thread, and a projecting portion (34) projecting above the latter current output terminal. The projecting portion of the rod has length that ranges from 1 cm to 8 cm. The inserted portion is treated by micro-encapsulating of anaerobic polymerization resin. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an accumulator.
