The device (1) has two floating rabble arms (4) formed at front ends in marching direction (F). The arms extend in V shape from an opening (5), so as to channelize polluting products (3) towards the opening to recover the products in a main decanting chamber (6) in order to simultaneously separate the products from engulfed water and convey the products towards distinct treatment networks. A forcing unit forces pollutants to rise up to a water surface, accelerate and improve decanting and separation of the pollutants and water. Elements (7) formed by plastic panels are placed below the arms.
