The module (1) has an air extraction fan (6) for extracting air from an interior of a room of a building, where the module is of rectangular parallelepiped shape. A fresh air inlet nozzle (9) permits entering of fresh air from an exterior of the building. An air diffusion nozzle (12) diffuses the air to the interior of the room. A recycled air flow is mixed with a fresh air flow at the level of an agitation and blowing fan (8), before their passage at the level of an air/refrigerant exchanger (10) of a heat pump system (11) and their injection into the room by the diffusion nozzle. An independent claim is also included for a method for regulating temperature and quality of air in a room of a building.
