The device (1) has an air inlet (3) connected to a pulser (4) to allow propagation of air flow toward heat exchangers (5-7) adapted to heat or cool the air flow before the air transmitted to air supply zones (10a, 10b). The supply zones are connected at an outlet with different dispensing channels (8, 9) that dispense the air flow in a cab interior. An air flow filtering unit (14) e.g. pleated filter and porous filter, is arranged in downstream of the heat exchanger and upstream of the air flow dispensing channels.
