The frontage (16) has a cooling case (18), and a reversible actuator (21) i.e. electric motor (20) or spring, for displacing the cooling case. The cooling case is moved by a cable (22) driven by the motor. The case permits cooling of fluids e.g. engine cooling water, circulating in pipes. A toothed wheel of the motor engages with a coil surrounding the cable. The cooling case includes a fixed rotation axle i.e. vertical axle (Z), and a movable part rotates around the rotation axle. The movable part is driven in rotation by the motor fixed to the rotation axle. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a cooling frontage.
