The propeller has a blade (14) and a central hub (10) connected with each other and connected with a hinge to retain the blade in a position. The hinge is formed by an assembling material i.e. adhesive (30), where the material has viscosity varying according to time when the material is subjected to constant effort so as to allow displacement of the blade with respect to the central hub from the position toward another position in response to effort exerted on the blade. The material is thixotropic or anti-thixotropic material. A stop (34) limits displacement of the blade.
