The antenna (ANT) has a lower layer (CI) i.e. substrate layer, in which a printed line (LI) is positioned to circulate a polarization current, where the substrate layer is made of glass Teflon(RTM: PTFE). An upper layer comprises a lower face forming a ground plane (PM) in which rectangular slits (FT1, FT2) are positioned. A microstrip patch (PMS) is positioned on an upper face of the upper layer. The slits couple the microstrip patch with the printed line to polarize the patch according to directions, which are associated with the slits.
