The system (1) has motor gear forming units (3) driving a driving roller forming unit (8) around a portion at which part of power cord (2) is rolled. An output of motor gear forming units is associated with gear units through differential output units (4) of a case. One of the differential output units of the case is directly connected to the driving roller forming units. A connection between the case and roller is realized using a pinion (5) and chains.
