The joint (9) has two combs mobile relative to each other and respectively including interface zones with fins and grooves overlapping to form a sequence of decompression chambers with increasing volumes from a high pressure medium (M1) to a low pressure medium (M2). The interface zones are located at a distance from each other without friction and include pressurized gas injection units (11) emerging from the zones. Evacuation units (12) are placed upstream of the injection units in a circulation direction of the gas flowing from the high pressure medium to the low pressure medium.
