The sprayer has a pumping device (40) including a pressurized tank (41) mounted in a container (10). A piston cylinder (43) is mounted in the tank. A cylinder (46) is connected to a lower portion of the piston cylinder. A piston rod is movably mounted in the cylinder, and is connected to a piston. Protection arms (47) are mounted on the cylinder. A crank placed between the arms has a primary end attached to and driven by a drive shaft (31) and a secondary end which drives the piston rod. The container has fixing plates fixed in fixation supports (203) of a base (20).
