The partition (1) has a rigid structure perpendicularly extending to a longitudinal axis of a cabin and occulting a space between a floor and an interior face of a fuselage. Vents balance pressure on sides of a partition. A mechanical connection (10) connects the partition to a primary structure of an aircraft, where the mechanical connection has a rod (11) with fixed length. An end of the rod is related to a yoke whose position is adjustable with respect to a fixed support. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing a stop partition in a cabin of an aircraft.
