The device has a platform installed in a cavity used as a swimming pool (1), a basin, or a water surface. The platform is constituted of lintels and cross-pieces to create a compartment (4). The platform is sandwiched between an upper plate and a lower plate so as to constitute ballasts. Position maintaining and level detection devices of a control center (3) are provided with electro-valves, pumps, and an air/water circuit to fill the ballasts. A safety system is formed of pistons that are placed in a safety opening of a lateral stabilization system.
