The system (1) has a strip (L1) on which a photoelectric conversion unit (PV1) is arranged for supplying power to an illumination unit (LGT) i.e. LED. An electrical management module (101) comprises a connection unit (PLG) and receives electrical energy converted by the conversion unit. The management module supplies a portion of electrical energy to the illumination unit and another portion of electrical energy to an electrical apparatus e.g. electrical toy, external to the system. The management module has a storage unit (BAT1) i.e. removable battery, connected to the conversion unit.
