PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical method capable of being performed in a simple step and suppessing amount of by-product, when introducing a silicon atom-containing group to a nitrogen atom composing a heterocycle of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound.;SOLUTION: There is provided a synthetic method of silicon atom-containing, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound, which comprises reacting a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound containing a nitrogen atom composing the heterocycle and bonding with a hydrogen atom, with a silicon atom-containing compound represented by formula (2) in the presence of a zinc catalyst to bond the silicon atom bonding with the hydrogen atom in the silicon atom-containing compound, with the nitrogen atom bonding with the hydrogen atom in the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound; and performing dehydrogenation, to introduce a silicon-containing group to the nitrogen atom of the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
