PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that notifies turn waiting or completion of waiting by simple operation while minimizing personal information leakage and capital investment.;SOLUTION: A customer accesses a Web server from a portable terminal via a two-dimensionally readable code or URL to store unique identification information and a mail address in a database. For a turn call service, an affiliate-dedicated URL is accessed via a two-dimensionally readable code or dedicated page and a onetime turn-call-dedicated unique ID is generated. The onetime turn-call-dedicated unique ID enables a notification mail message to be sent in the absence of personal information about the customer who receives the turn call service. As for notification delivery to the general public, the customer can permit it from an affiliate page to prevent unsolicited delivery from the affiliate and protect personal information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
