MEDICAL/NURSING INCIDENT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively collecting and accumulating information which is possibly high in utility value as incident information.SOLUTION: This medical/nursing incident information management program manages, as the incident information, accident information included in records related to medical treatment or nursing, or case information which is not led to an accident but had at least a potential risk of an accident. The program acquires medical/nursing record information inputted by an operator, that is information about a record on medical treatment or nursing, extracts medical/nursing record information containing a first character string from the acquired medical/nursing record information as target medical/nursing record information, displays the first character string contained in the target medical/nursing record information and character strings around the first character string on a display device, and generates and registers, according to instruction information inputted by the operator as a result of display, incident information having a potential risk of the accident on medical treatment or nursing based on the target medical/nursing record information.
