PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting for a decorative material, which simplifies the shape of a mounting surface of the decorative material to a backing material to reduce a manufacturing cost.;SOLUTION: The fitting comprising a mounting plate 12 and a plate spring 13 includes: a plate spring mounting piece 14 provided at the upper end of the mounting plate 12 and bent onto the front face side of the mounting plate 12; an insertion piece 15 provided at the lower end and bent onto the rear face side; an engaging piece 17 provided at the middle part and bent onto the front face side of the mounting plate 12; and a mounting hole 18 to a decorative material body.
