PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-purity fluorine-containing compound which enables long-term use, circulation use, and furthermore reutilization of the fluorine-containing compound without causing the corrosion and early deterioration of an apparatus by effectively removing various types of impurities present in the fluorine-containing compound, preferably a perfluoroolefin.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a high-purity fluorine-containing compound has a step of bringing the fluorine-containing compound into contact with zeolite in which not less than 20% of the number of ion-exchangeable ions in the zeolite have been exchanged with at least one ion selected from among a calcium ion, a magnesium ion, a barium ion, and a lithium ion to remove the impurities present in the fluorine-containing compound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
