METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SIMULATION INTERVIEW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for simulation interview for providing a high-quality simulation interview to examinees who desire to practice an interview examination.;SOLUTION: Simulation actual interview moving picture data of an examinee are transmitted to an administrator computer. In order to perform evaluation on the basis of the content of the interview moving picture data, an evaluator is selected based on prescribed criteria out of evaluating (candidate) persons who belong to a plurality of fields respectively. The interview moving picture data are distributed from the administrator computer to an evaluator terminal. The content of the evaluation conducted by the evaluator who views the interview moving picture data is transmitted from the evaluator terminal to the administrator computer. The content of the evaluation is distributed from the administrator computer to a job seeker terminal, and the received content of evaluation is displayed on the examinee terminal. Thus, the person who evaluates the simulation actual interview examination can be properly selected for each examinee from respective evaluator candidates in a plurality of fields (that is, respective evaluator candidates familiar with each field), and high-quality simulation interview examination can be conducted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
