PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rinser wastewater recovery system or the like capable of reducing the amount of water used in cleaning of a filling container or a plug member.;SOLUTION: The rinser wastewater recovery system is provided in a filling facility in which a product liquid is filled in the filling container and the container is closed by a plug member. The system includes: the supply-pipes 51 and 52 through which a rinser water is supplied to a bottle rinser 2b and a cap rinser 2e by branching the flow path of the rinser water into a route connecting to the bottle rinser for rinsing the filling container before filling with the product liquid and another route connecting to the cap rinser for rinsing the plug member; a recovery system having the pipes 53 and 55 for recovering the rinser wastewater from the bottle rinser and the pipes 54 and 55 for recovering the rinser wastewater from the cap rinser; and a recovery device 4 treating the rinser wastewater for reusing as the rinser water by decomposing a fungicide contained in the rinser wastewater recovered by the system using an activated carbon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
